A ROLLER-COASTER TECH LIFE
There is a story you may or may not have heard. It’s about a boy who grew up in California. He was adopted by a middle class family. This adopted boy tried college but only lasted for a semester when he decided he would drop out.
It was in 1976 when this entrepreneur started his first company. In 1984 the board of directors of this company decided to relieve him of his duties. In other words he was fired from the company he started.
He decided to start another company which never truly panned out to the extent of his first masterpiece.
Then in 1986 he started a graphics group. He would change film animation forever. This company created Toy Story, A Bug’s Life, Monsters, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars, Ratatoulille, WALL-E, and Up.
Then the company that originally fired him decided to bring him back. This adopted boy, who dropped out of college, decided to take his job back at Apple, the company he co-founded.
His name is Steve Jobs. The co-founder of Apple, NeXT, and Pixar. He recently released the media crazed product the iPad.
